Performance Team is our Competition Team at Seven. We work on lyrical and jazz dances that we take to compete or showcase at events throughout the year.
This class is aimed at performers over the age of 8.

Minis’ are our youngest class at Seven, this class is aimed for performers aged under 4.
In this class, we work on dances throughout the year that will be performed in our annual show.

Our Juniors are ages 5-10 and they work on Lyrical and Jazz dances that will be performed in showcases and our Seven show at the end of the year.

This class is aged 11-15 and alternate weeks working on either a Jazz or a Lyrical dance.
We offer 2 inters classes on either a Wednesday or a Thursday depending on which on works best for you.

The advanced class is made up of our most experienced dancers and this class gives younger performers the opportunity to move up and develop further at SPC.

Our adults class if for performers over 18 that would like to get into dancing.
Our adults also take part in our annual show.
Adults class is a great opportunity for parents to get to take the stage with their dancer!

We offer multiple Acro classes throughout the week.
Classes are decided on ability rather than age to ensure dancers receive the correct training for their own personal growth.
We offer an extensive range of Acro equipment to cater for everyones development, and we are an AcroPad centre, equipped with 2 air floors covering our studio floor.
